Horrendous. Check in staff was clueless and incompetent. I paid with Expedia and they wanted to charge my entire stay again. I stood there freezing for 30 minutes after getting in from a red eye flight. Sandwich from lil lobby shop was expired. I asked for an extra hour and they said there would be no charge. 10 minutes later housekeeping comes banging on my door and they’ve charged me another hour. Sheets feel like sandpaper. Room makes no sense. Heater didn’t work. Paying a premium for such a crappy hotel. Go elsewhere!!!

Me and my wife had a great stay here, the shower with the warm water was by far the best along with their beds being super comfortable and their tvs actually being good tvs considering how bad tvs are in other hotels. The staff were super friendly, and helpful, and the only thing that was a downside was the spa not being hot enough and the pool not being cold enough but we still had fun swimming none the less.
