I booked this hotel based on the pictures on the website but upon arrival I felt so unsure of how our night would go. The place is a bit hidden from everything. If I could I would’ve canceled but I had already paid. It wasn’t unsafe at all. Night went by smoothly.

Only negative I can say is that in the fitness room the All one gym machine was broken with cables poking out everywhere.

There are holes and stains on the walls. The breakfast was acceptable but the room itself is below average. I should’ve expanded by budget and stayed somewhere else if I knew the room would look like that.

Don’t ever stay there I have made a mistake and I booked 2 rooms the hotel is so cheap that they never gave me my money back they only promised but never did besides that the hotel was very nasty yucky looking ugly cheap hotel. I would not recommend staying there not just because of the money. It’s just a cheap hotel. I would never give him even a one star

As soon as we walked in the front lobby had a horrible smell. I thought to myself it’s probably just me give it a chance. Walked into my room bed skirt had stains all over. Took a shower and on the tub walls there were shaving stub hairs. Over all it was a very unpleasant experience. I’m sorry but I will not stop there in the future.

San Antonio was at or near 100 degrees for our entire stay. The hotel lists a pool as part of their amenities but the pool was filthy and not usable. Members of my party were very disappointed by this. The bed frame had sharp hooks that protruded from the sides and scratched our shins and the mattress wobbled because it didn’t fit the frame properly. The bathroom was adequately clean. All that said, we will not be back.
