Only “issue” we had was it didn’t come with a good view but otherwise this hotel was great! Good food and a lot of extras like complimentary drinks and popcorn.

The staff was amazing and the breakfast and the 5:30-7 managers meal was awesome. We will look for Drury on future trips. The confusion about parking was a disappointment since I called ahead and was told that they could park my truck only to learn upon arrival that it was too big and I had to park it in another garage. Unfortunately they didn’t have valet park it for me.

Liked pool/jacuzzi location on top of building, although one of the jacuzzi’s wasn’t working properly. Breakfast was okay, fresh fruit (variety berries) would have been nice! It was included so can’t complain too much. Staff was nice!

We had a room in the San Fernando Tower (back of the building). It was old, dated, and drab in our opinion. We were there for four nights/five days and honestly, we wished we had stayed somewhere else. The noise outside was loud and long. Chairs and tables were constantly being shuffled (late into the evening) on the terrace above our room. Then, there was the constant maze of walking and elevator-riding to get to our room and back on the 14th floor. The food and beverages that were provided were just average and were the same every day. High carbohydrate and starch. Overall, our stay was just average.

As usual our room waa very clean and nice. We arrived at 3pm for check in and we were not able to check-in due to our room not being ready. We were told to wait 10 minutes and our room wouls be ready. We waited over an hour and our room was still not ready. I was very disappointed.

I stayed downtown for a night “staycation”. I was seeing a concert at the Aztec theater which was across the street. The hotel was really impressive. I parked my car with the valet service and that went smoothly. The hotel does offer happy hour with three free drinks per guest and a light dinner with snack foods. They also offer breakfast in the morning, the food and drinks included with your stay. Everything is within walking distance of this hotel. They do have a pool and hot tub up on the roof and places to sit and look out at the city. The king size room deluxe was great- three separate rooms with a large refrigerator. I have stayed here before and will return.
