The hallways and rooms need a major refresh, new lighting, furniture, carpet etc. Amazing potential since the location is perfect but unfortunately it is very outdated and it feels like a side of the road hotel instead

The staff were exceptional! Friendly, helpful! They wanted our stay to be fantastic and it was! The hotel was set up perfect for entertaining a friend, getting to the river, seeing the skyline. Some Lyft drivers could not follow directions and got confused by Drury Plaza Hotel and Drury Suites and Inn. The setting in the hotel was beautiful and the Christmas music was great! The wonderful breakfast and evening snacks great! Room was very nice and very clean! I would recommend this facility to everyone I know going to SanAntonio!!!

Staff was very courteous. The rooms did not match the pictures. Beautiful views, but the room itself was very outdated. The door didn't closed all the way so my door stayed unlocked the whole day we were out on the Riverwalk Everything could be heard from other rooms from turning on the water to flushing the toilets. The AC made a noise the whole time it would kick and stay on

Beautiful hotel with 1929 charm the year built and with today’s conveniences. We are telling all our family and friends to go experience this amazing hotel on the riverwalk. They give away Breakfast, 3 drinks a person and dinner. They take care of their clients more like you are family. This would be a great Christmas gift card.
