The location is fantastic! Overlooking The Riverwalk and a short 10 minute walk to Historic Market Square and The Alamo. Starbucks and Paris Baguette are across the street. The hotel itself needs updating. The beds were uncomfortable and there is only one elevator to the parking garage creating crowded conditions with long waits.

We arrived early and they had a room ready so we were allowed to go ahead and check in. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a great view of the Riverwalk and we were in the center of the river walk area. Breakfast was an extra fee but was definitely worth it. Great food and service. We would definitely stay here again.

When we got to our room it had a strong humid smell and I have asthma so the smell was making it worse. I tried to call front desk to report the smell and that the TV was not working but the phone in the room was not working! I tried calling from my phone and no One answered .So I had to go in person to the front desk and they immediately gave me a new room and it did not smell! Thanks for making my visit better!
