The staff is amazing and very pleasant/helpful. From the valet to the supervisor making free sangria’s for guests, we felt very welcomed. Our room was spacious for 2 toddlers and 2 adults. We did note that the tubs and toilets, walls have permanent stains/water damage and the common areas on the floors are dated- but despite this it’s very well kept. The restaurant food was good esp brunch. The mariachi band on Friday was excellent

The hotel was just a prefect size for us .. the valet was faster compared to other hotel the food in the bar and breakfast was perfect really tasty and just perfect for my taste I had stacked toast and pancake for my husband and taste great the burger in ambler was perfect too. The bathroom by the bar area due was sort of smelly probably from people partying coz it was 11pm already. Other than that we had a good experience. We never get to see the pool we have plans to be outh the whole day

The Valet were great, despite it very busy. Checking in was quick, simple, and easy. Our room was beautiful, separate living room space and bedroom quarters. The only problem we had was the shower water only getting to warm and nothing beyond that, and there was no microwave in the room.

My husband, our two boys, and I booked a river view suite, and honestly, for a hotel that’s supposedly been newly remodeled, I was disappointed with the condition of our room. The room didn’t feel like what you’d expect from a “four diamond” hotel. There weren’t any premium bath products or nice bedding like they advertise, so it felt more like a basic stay. The bathtub looked like it had just been painted or epoxied and was already peeling. There was also mold in the grout lines around the shower. The toilet was extremely small, it genuinely felt like it was made for kids and every time we showered, water spilled onto the floor, making it really slippery. We usually stay in Airbnbs and VRBOs and decided to try a hotel this time for the River Walk location and “luxury” rating. Unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to the price. On the bright side, the spa was beautiful, and my prenatal massage was wonderful! My masseuse Jess was amazing and clearly experienced. The lobby and river views were also lovely. Overall, I regret staying here and wish other people’s reviews had been more accurate.

The pool was amazing with the 360 views of the city and open sky. although the jucuzzi was not working on our stay. The rooms were big with lots of ample space for other guess. We had recieved a $25 voucher for my daughters birthday. But were unable to use because the restaurant did not have any available seeting. I was told we didnt need a reservation but when we got down to the restaurant it was full.
