Location Location Location

Location is perfect. Good large size rooms. Getting tired needs a face lift. Air conditioning didnt work as it should. Never managed to get it fixed although i do believe it was looked at. No showers at the pool so couldn't have a shower before a 13 hour flight at 10pm. BUT location location location. We would stay again. Breakfast is good nit a time to sit and relax rather eat and get out others are waiting.

Very comfy and good location. The breakfast is really good. The wifi is really bad though so if you are willing to do any online call or work you'd better find another alternative. I think they need to improve it.

Overall, the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect for our needs. Although breakfast was always the same, there were various options to choose from and the wait was never too long to enter the dining room. The only complaint is that I found the hotel to be quite noisy and therefore, difficult to sleep. I could hear the guests in the room above mine walking around and traffic from the street through the windows. It was especially loud because our window faced a MUNI Metro depot.

Upon arrival we were charged a significant resort fee, however, this was by no means a resort. Very disappointing that this fee was not mentioned upon booking. The hotel is very outdated. There are no smart TVs, very limited WIFI, outdated and stained bathtub showers. For the cost, this would be comparable to a lower end hotel.
