Nice big property near the San Jose airport. Room was big and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful. Only complaint is about the pool - jacuzzis were luke warm at best.

The water so freezing and they didn’t have any hot water to shower with. The jacuzzi was freezing cold. Swimming pools littered w leaves and unkempt. The rooms were old, nasty, and the sink had broken drains and would get stuck so you’d have to poke it out manually. The breakfast was horrible w some of the most disgusting sausage I’ve ever witnessed. The only thing you could eat was the banana bread. Genuinely speaking, it was a hotel that looks good only in the hallway and publicly facing areas. The rooms themselves are outdated, gross, and no hot water. It’s rare I come across such horrific hotels but this was an unlucky experience. I regret wasting a night staying here and suffering. Do not come here. It’s way worse than anything you can imagine.

Room was great - huge suite with a wrap around balcony and quick access to the pools. While the place is a tad older/outdated, it was nice. However, we had some issues with the plumbing, and the hotel over-booked the airport shuttle service. We ended up having to take an uber, otherwise we would have been waiting around for 45 mins by the time a 3rd shuttle came. We purposely booked this hotel due to the shuttle service, so that was incredibly frustrating.

Had a problem initially with check-in at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.But that was only due to the fact that there was a big party prior and they were having problems having the guest checkout.But the gentleman upgraded me to a sweet that had a Jacuzzi for one night and everything was fine.Thank you very much

Gross. Hot tubs/jaquizzis not hot. Chipped porcelain in shower tub…didn’t want to slice my foot open on it. Water sprayed out from faucet in bathroom sink EVERYWHERE. Had to unplug the coffee machine cause the water wouldn’t stop running. Oh, and the curtain rods wouldn’t fully shut the curtains, and one rod just fell off completely. Gross breakfast, runny eggs. I rarely leave a bad review but damn. This was bad.

Checkout was at noon, I gave my room key to the concierge at 11 and waited in the lobby for my roommate. When he came down at 11:20 they would not let us use the airport shuttle due to a technicality that we already checked out. I’m sorry but that just seems absurd. The concierge should know what the rules are and explain them clearly, not just treat us like we are total strangers. Also the jacuzzis have cold water.
