We had a good time staying there. The parking garage is a nightmare though- turns are way too small. But once there we enjoyed the beautiful beach and pools on p roperty.

The room was excellent- roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We just had one problem with checking in. We arrived very early and were told we could stow our luggage and they would contact us when the room was ready. At 3:30 we checked to see if the room was ready yet but it was not. At 4:39 we returned to see many others checking in. We had to wait in line and the young lady that then checked us in (the same person that earlier said the room was not ready) checked us in. We were upset for the delay but she just asked if anyone had texted us. We said no- she looked at the computer and found the wrong number had been entered. Despite us being upset by all this she never apologized or acknowledged our frustrations. Instead she just kept talking at us - ignoring any concerns we expressed which just made us more frustrated. A little understanding or compassion would have gone a long way.

Came to visit PR for the first time with my family to a recommended hotel La Concha at San Juan however the check in process was a nightmare, I arrived early from Miami and I was explained the check in was scheduled at 4:00 pm. I went to have lunch and to enjoy de facility waiting for my room to begin my adventure at the very recommended hotel, however Kenia the front desk lady which was very professional and kind, was not able to give me a reasonable explanation after a few hours of waiting and past 4:00 pm the said check in hours about this status of my room. She requested help to Kenia the housekeeping supervisor which arrived being mean and defiant with me stating that I HAVE TO WAIT. Me, the person that was patiently waiting just asking for a good reason and a smile, the person that paid a lot of money and just wanted to spent a good weekend with his family. At the end when I received my room front desk gave me the wrong room and u had to return for a change, kind of a joke. La Concha Renaissance must choose better the person facing their guests Kenia must not be doing that job.

Wonderful hotel. Right next to the beach, bars and restaurants nearby. Family and I enjoyed our 4th of July weekend there. Would definitely recommended this for your moneys worth.

The property is beautiful. Only complaint is the room needs some form of soundproofing. We could hear everything from the hall and room next door. Made it very difficult to sleep.

As a frequent visitor to various resorts in warm countries, I was very pleased with La Concha's immaculate maintenance and architectural beauty. There wasn't even a hint of a moldy smell, and the gentle, white, crisp decor was soothing. Additionally, the staff's professionalism added value to this resort. You can always expect a warm greeting in Spanish and/or English from employees at all levels. Kenia, at check-in, prepared you for your stay. She enthusiastically shared restaurants and other must-sees. Karla, by the pool, was the icing on the cake. With her historical knowledge about the resort, she took time to ask how my day was going. La Concha is not just a beautiful lodging; it's a lovely sensory experience that makes you feel at home, even when you're away from home.

The property was booked as a kid friendly resort with a beach. Nowhere it said that you can't swim Or no swimming at the beach when we booked. As we approach the beach and realized there are NO swimming flags we asked and locals provided information that there are rip tides and several tourist have Died. This is so unprofessional and careless . The advertisement is a bait and switch. The resort blames it fully on orbits that it should state NO SWIMMING!!! I booked this with my 5 year old and Sick husband that has Parkinson's
