“Extremely Disappointing Stay - Would Give 0 Stars If I Could” This place felt like a bad scene from an old movie. It’s extremely outdated and clearly not cared for. The only redeeming quality was the beach access. WiFi didn’t work, there were no TV channels, and there’s no pool—despite what you might expect from a beachside property. I read the reviews and decided to give it a chance anyway—big mistake. I won’t be coming back.

Power went off and they don’t even said anything. How you don’t have generators that is crazy! I will never come back here my vacation was wasted. Then I asked for one night refund and you guys just send me $30 dollars. So on top of everything you steal me too!

The hotel was decent. Receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The access to the beach was great. The room was ok. There were a few things that could be improved: the safety lock box needs to be updated; the bathroom vent didn’t work; 2 elevators were down; the pool was out of order.

The studio/room was clean and spacious. The beach was nearby and the hotel was near many restaurants and bars. The check in and check out was an easy process and took less than 5 minutes. The area was safe and people were nice and helpful. I would book a room here again.

The property had many amenities that were accommodating such as the book room, the arcade and game room and the regions where you can lounge and relax indoors and outside of the facility. The beach was the perfect addition to the landscape of the hotel, since it accommodated me with a tranquil atmosphere, refreshing and organic coconut water from the native people, and lovely and friendly staff that were welcoming and supportive. ESJ was in the center of all the surrounding attractions that enabled me to view cultural crafts, resources for my vacation, and delicious cuisine that I was able to enjoy from the heritage itself.
