Guests arriving at Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) must transfer via regional flight (17-minute trip) to the island of Ambergris Caye, arriving at the San Pedro Air Strip. The staff could not be more attentive especially Joel. Location is fantastic for those looking to get away from the hussle. Rooms are clean comfortable and spacious. Not much of a beach but a short kayak paddle away you’ll hit shallow turquoise waters. Hiring a golf cart is a must but you need to check out the up north bar near by hosted by Oscar. Onsite food is great especially the breakfast jacks.

The resort was situated north of town which made for a quiet stay. It was just perfect. We had a group of friends and we felt like we had the resort to ourselves. The golf cart adventures into town were great, despite the bumpy roads. The food, staff and bartenders were top notch. Everything I ate was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful!! Would definitely recommend and will absolutely return!

The resort was small and secluded and a little jaunt from San Pedro. But that made it perfect. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were all so helpful, friendly and nice. The food was amazing. The bartenders were so much fun as well! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!!

Resort was beautiful, staff did a very good job at keeping the rooms, resort and beach very clean. We will definitely be back but will eat and drink elsewhere as they don't have a happy hour at the resort.

We loved our stay at X’Tan Ha! It was clean and quiet with a very friendly & helpful staff. The grounds are raked everyday. I particularly enjoyed the big pool to swim. Happy hour at the dock bar was fun with Syl, the bartender.

Clean room. Extremely friendly staff. Any issues Ed had were fixed within minutes with a smiley face. Only downfall was the beach. Unable to swim to excessive seaweed buildup. They had workers that kept up with the sea weed build up every day, but were unfortunately we were inable to ever swim at the beach as we would sink up your knees in seaweed everytime we walked into the water. Not a big deal for us though because we enjoyed Secret beach and other beaches in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

The room and resort was nice, but the sargassum was absolutely overwhelming. There was no way to enjoy the beach or even the pool. My friend and I ended up switching to a different resort because it was just too bad. The staff was incredibly accommodating and we did receive a refund. It was disappointing that we couldn't stay but the staff members really were excellent, understanding and helped us out. I appreciated their service and would probably stay again when the sargassum isn't as bad.

The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. They keep the grounds looking beautiful and made us feel important and welcome. We were very relaxed and enjoyed the benefit of having water available for drinking and cooking. I would recommend packing a water bottle to save money and for the sustainability. The resort is your own oasis and worth the drive. There are many wonderful places to eat and visit nearby.
