The noise from the highway is very loud. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not a great choice. Also the AC temperate remained the same regardless of what temperature it was set to. Breakfast was okay with very limited seating. Items like fruit were not replenished. Really wish they would have had fresh brewed coffee. The hotel check-in was easy with plenty of parking.

The bed was so uncomfortable. There was no shower curtain. We really needed sleep after traveling, but it was so uncomfortable we were more tired.

The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The front desk supervisor was very polite. That guy deserves a raise. my daughter called a couple hours before we got there to make sure I booked the right hotel, and he remembered my name when I went to check in. The best stay I have had in a hotel in many tears!!!

We only stayed 1 night because of a 6 A.M. flight. After a long day we checked in at around 8 P.M. and told them we needed to check out by 0330, and could we have some fruit or a bagel since we will miss breakfast? Nope, we can not open the kitchen until 6 A.M. When checking out at 0320, it was a different person at the desk, so we asked again. She looked confused and said No, we don't do that. Not sure, let me grab it or sorry you have to get up so early... $2 worth of snacks for the airport would have made all the difference in customer service.
