Convenient next to a shopping center: Brothers Cafe, Mountain Mikes Pizza, Liquor Store, Laundry, etc Quiet neighborhoods. Beds are very comfortable, I didn’t like the bathtub because it seems like is clogged don’t drain properly the very last night I wasn’t able to take shower because the water didn’t drain, they don’t have maintenance on weekends.

Pool area furniture, sidewalks, floor mats outside room doors all filthy. Room not too bad but mold on walls around shower stall and floor. Room was very basic which was fine but can hear a lot of talking during the night from adjacent room and water pipe noise when nearby rooms used the sink or shower.

The ice machine required intervention and the bathroom faucet was loose, but otherwise everything was in order. The location was outstanding, near everything I needed in Santa Rosa, including downtown, Guernville, Gym, Freeway and various restaurant options within walking distance.

We did not have a good stay . Our heat was broken and shower was moldy , the WiFi didn’t work and my wife had a terrible allergic reaction to animal hair even though rooms were pet free. It is now 2 days later and my wife’s eye is still severely swollen .

The parking lot had potholes everywhere. The shower in our room did not have a shower curtain. Our bathroom floor was soaked the first day because they couldn’t bring a curtain because they didn’t have the staff. It looked as if they painted over mold in the bathroom as well. And the ceiling about the shower head was bubbling out. The outlet next to the bed shorted out if I used both outlets. So I couldn’t plug my sleep machine and have the lamp plugged in at the same time. There was a water leak in the parking lot in front of our room, so we had to navigate around the major puddles of water with the kids to get in/out of car. Our key cards had to be reset EVERY TIME we used them.
Looks like are had mold that was painted over.

No fridge or coffee machine in the room. The area outside shows trash around. The show head is by far to low for people around 6 feed or larger. The furnature is a little simple, with some scatches and old, but working. There was free coffee at the reception in the morning. The place is not noisy and has a nice pool environment, also the staff was very friendly.

Old, run down location. Property changed hands 3 times in 4 months. Was listed as Park Inn by Radisson when booked but was Super 8 when arriving. Hotel had lost the reservation. The desk staff were great but the property needs help.

The air conditioner leaked all over the floor. They switched us rooms. There are no coffee pots. Many areas were blocked off as the building is literally falling apart. I did not expect much from this type of hotel, but if you need to switch me rooms because I slipped on the gallon of water on the floor from what was obviously a continuous problem I would least expect some sort of accomidation.

Appeared some staffs was not property trained. When you cannot find a customer reservation. You should be helpful instead of being dismissive. My contracted rate was not honor until spending a long time on the phone with Expedia that night and next morning! Some of my friends supposed to stay that night also ran into similar issues and they have to find other places to stay. They said they will not be back here.
