My daughter and I had a 4day stay and had a wonderful time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We both have gluten sensitivities and the buffet had many options and the dining staff were knowledgeable and helpful. We had a couple of treatments in the spa which was also wonderful. The beach was also very nice. We will definitely be back!

Great location near the beach (there is a road between the hotel and beach). Great place to jump in the water near the pool. Breakfast was good, dinner for half board was okay. If I were to go back, I would do breakfast only. Rooms were spacious but outdated. We paid extra for a sea view room, wouldn’t do that again either.

It's a gem. Super clean, seems new or refurbished.Staff is wonderful. Food healthy and great. Facilities great. Two pools at the hotel- third one with a stunning view of the sea 1min across the road.What I liked is they don't play dumb music by the pools. It's a peaceful, quiet place where you can really unwind. Seems to attract guests who are respectful.We had a suite with a private pool- amazing. Only minus is our room was quite cold- heating didn't work (I guess switched off for the start of the season?). But there was an extra duvet and a blanket. We arrived late, shattered and the welcome was warm and they left some food for us in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cala Esmeralda Beach Hotel. The hotel itself is very well kept in excellent, clean condition as well as the surrounding areas such as the 2 on site swimming pools or the terrace and its swimming pool across the road on the beach. The staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The food was also very well catered for and substantial portions (there were also healthy options available). I did not use the gym or spa but did have a look around and the facilities also looked amazing. The rooms are quite small, however they are well renovated and cleaned daily and we had the sea view which was beautiful. The area itself is about 1 hour driving from Palma however its got lots to offer with various shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only (minor) things that I can say is: that on 2 mornings both coffee machines were not working, which is almost inexcusable and could have been avoided by proactive cleaning of the milk pipes and would have been much worse if there were more guests.

Our stay was really nice, the place is right next to an amazing beach it is so picturesque. The hotel looked beautiful, loads of swimming pools and activities. Spa was free to use and this is a big bonus! They have a lovely heated pool! Food was lovely, lots of grills every night but I hate hotels that charge you for bottle of water. Every other hotel gives you 1 free bottle a day for your room. Staff were friendly and super helpful. However the hotel was smoke free bar 2 areas and we wish we had known about this. They told us the owner doesn’t like it but really it should be about guest. We also did not get our towels changed the entire stay (3 nights) so not sure whether this got to do with eco friendliness but not ideal. We would definitely come back again, but I hope the hotel can take these constructive feedback on board

I had an amazing vacation here at Casa Esmeralda. The staff (Toni) upon arrival at reception was super friendly, helpful, and professional. This service was carried through from beach bar, restaurant, and spa. I loved the variety of pools and easy access to beach and town.

Do not sell rooms with unusable amenities!

Dear Director of the Inturotel Group, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the experience my partner and I had during our recent stay at your hotel in Mallorca. We booked a junior suite with a swim-up private pool, expecting this feature to enhance our experience. Unfortunately, when we attempted to use the pool, we found it to be freezing cold and completely unusable. This was extremely disheartening, especially given that none of the outdoor pools at the hotel were heated, rendering them equally unusable during our stay. At no point during the booking process were we informed that the pools were unheated. This lack of transparency significantly affected our ability to enjoy what we had hoped would be a key element of our stay. We feel that we were misled about the room’s amenities, as we had every expectation that the pool would be comfortable and functional. We initially raised our concerns with the hotel manager, hoping for a reasonable solution. However, we were extremely disappointed with the response we received. The refusal to offer any form of part refund for a clear shortfall in the quality of our stay only added to our frustrations. We are deeply upset by how this situation has been handled. If this is still unresolved then we will be left with no other option but to put through a credit chargeback claim via the bank.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Its just a shame that its hard to catch a sunbed by the sea pool because some guests still feel entitled to occupy these with their towels. I d also prefer it if the pools weren't closed at 6pm but later. Hotel, Rooms, Hotel grounds, Restaurant and pools are great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a lovely relaxing vibe, like a Scandinavian spa. Rooms are modern and very clean, we loved waking up to the sound of the sea. A couple of small points but honestly not a problem…1. TV not easy to use. 2. Towel rack is underneath the balcony wall so hard to dry towels etc especially in October. If the hotel do not like towels over the balcony you may wish to consider a better positioned rail or rotate towels more in cooler months. Great location just outside main town so we enjoyed the walk in each evening. Beach club was lovely. Breakfast options were great. Staff very helpful and happy.
