The staff is amazing at this hotel and excellent service. The building is very nicely updated and they are making every effort to maintain it. Just location downtown meant that we did have several drunk people trying to get into our room by mistake but that isnt the hotels issue. They have one entrance to hotel from front lobby at night to try to keep issues to a minimum (I think?). Thisnis the second time we have stayed at this hotel. There is a slight smell of urine in bathroom and front lobby but it might just be a smell from a building that has been here for awhile. Again, well maintained building, clean and tidy. Excellent staff. Would recommend.

needs furniture upgrade

staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. Hotel is kept clean but furnishings are old and show a lot of wear and tear. Breakfast okay , go with the pancakes, cheese omelets flavorless. Pool, hot tub and spa area very well maintained. Location very goods. .

The room I booked was changed without notifying me. My trip plans changed so it worked better to pay less but was still not an ideal situation to arrive and receive not the room I requested. Get to the room to find out it’s switched and I wasn’t informed. Thankfully I didn’t need the large room because my family needed up staying home but still not my fav thing to happen.

Great, other than wifi

We stayed several days and generally everything was great. The one problem was that their wifi wasn't secure (ie didn't require a password), so I was afraid to do some things I would like to have done, like check charges on my credit card.
