My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was fashionably appointed -- interesting layout, spacious for us and our cat, too. Everything was immaculate. The mini fridge was very nice and modern. The gentlemen at the Valet, Mr. Tyrone, upon entering, and Mr. Dwayne, upon leaving, were very helpful, professional, and efficient. We would definitely stay again when visiting Savannah, GA.

You shouldn’t be charging your guests 48 to valet park if not wanted. We didn’t get a choice and had to wait for someone to come to guest services to help me. Very smoky smelling in halls and studios floor was coming up from floor in bathroom. For the cost we could have stayed closer to River street very unhappy

The room we were in was SO noisy from the cars on the street driving by to literally people talking as they walked by. You could hear the tvs from the rooms around you not to mention every time someone flushed a toilet. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows smelled funky and were lumpy. Valet left my car unlocked with my belongings in it. Homeless people sleeping on the property. However, the staff was amazing, very polite and professional. Staff was aware that the particular room I was in was noisy.

The hotel was nice. It’s located in the city so it’s near everything but valet was a must because street parking is spare. The room was very small but it was cute.

The staff was friendly, However the room was unacceptable the ceiling had what appeared to be mold the sink was clogged with hair. And beer bottle caps were under the bed and I do not drink beer. The room was ok for the location and served its purpose but I probably won’t stay there again

I would only recommend staying here if you are staying alone because the acoustics in the bathroom are actually kind of insane plus it’s sliding doors for the bathroom so on top of it being literally SO LOUD the door also doesn’t close lol. We were there Thursday-Sunday and didn’t get housekeeping at all so that was also annoying. The ac in the room didn’t seem to work. Valet is $48/day and there’s no self park options and even any public parking near by is also $48 for 24 hours. The staff was nice.
