Our stay was fine. The check in process was easy. The room was very nice. The area around the hotel is great with numerous bars and restaurants as well as the waterfront. My only complaint was the charge for our dog $150!! for one night. I can understand perhaps $50 but even that is a cash grab. $150 for a "pet friendly" hotel is outrageous. Maybe a refundable deposit in case the pet soils the room but this is just not right!

The Hyatt Regency was great. The hotel is on the river front and has very easy access to the ferry, dining, and shops. The property is a bit dated, aesthetically. But the hotel is good, overall.
