Disappointing

Hotel a 7. Missing a chair on the balcony and the other was ripped. Could use a nightlight in the bathroom. Room rate was fantastic for a Labor Day Weekend ($125) but it turned out to be somewhat of a bait and switch with $50 day parking fee and $25 a day "incidental fee". Just be up front and charge a normal room rate then...Took 10 minutes to be seated for breakfast (we were 3rd in line) and service was discombobulated. Buffet was $30 each and okay...Not the level I was expecting of the Hyatt Regency.

There were lots of hidden and extra charges for amenities that generally are included in hotel stays, which was a surprise. The hotel staff were nice but that is all that was good about this hotel. Way too overpriced

The hotel room and location were great. The facility was clean and had pleasant staff at check-in and valet service. The dining room service was much less impressive. The portions were reasonable for the price though.

First time staying at this hotel. The hotel definitely needs some updates. The room we stayed had not been cleaned for a long time. (Walls in bedroom and bathroom along with the furniture could use a good wipe down with soap and water.. Carpet needs to either be cleaned or replaced in the rooms. Hotel right on the water so that was good. Valet parking too expensive.
