Charming cottage within an easy walk of most desireable points of interest, include the riverside. Perfect for a couple (but not for more.) Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again next time we visit Savannah.

House is on a very pretty street and is within walking distance to all the sights and restaurants we wanted to visit. The interior decor is very cute and there is a great private patio where we enjoyed a glass of wine. Premises were spotless and there was very nice bathroom. We had a minor issue and host was quick to remedy it. I would not hesitate to use this VRBO on a future visit to Savannah.

The cottage is conveniently located for an extended stay (including being in walking distance of Kroger, the only grocery store in the Historic District. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet and there’s always parking spots available. The living room ceiling peaks into 2-stories. The completely private back yard with patio allowed me to keep the screen door open on great weather days. The bathroom is roomy. And kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and cookware I needed. I had a really lovely stay. If you’re traveling as a couple, there is no way to close off the living/dining room from the bedroom. I had a terrific stay and hope to be back soon.

Perfect location for us to explore downtown! A few odd things about the layout of the place, but good enough for my partner and I to relax in when we were tired. Wish the outdoor patio would’ve been more presentable to sit out in the cool mornings due to the excessive leaves when we checked in and an overturned/buried chair in the leaves, but overall the stay was nice!

Very cute place, walkable distance to a lot of stuff. Pictures and listing are accurate. The bed, however, was extremely firm. Wall part of the shower had a dign saying not to use it, if it needs to be fixed then that needs to be specified.
