Built in 1890 this apartment has beautiful high ceilings, large windows and historic charm that you just can't replicate. Through a private entrance on Jefferson street, walk up the stairs and into your own personal oasis in the heart of the city.
The dining room is the hub of this apartment, with plenty of space for the whole group to gather and enjoy a home cooked meal or even a quick bite you picked up from The Grey Market just a few doors down. When you aren't out enjoying all of the excellent restaurants Savannah has to offer, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to create memorable meals.

Through the dining room, you enter the bright and spacious Living room, beautifully furnished with an eclectic mix of modern and vintage pieces. Just off the living room you will find the cheery bedroom, well appointed with a super plush king bed, sure to help you relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The updated bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite counter is just off the central dining room. This is a fabulous location. It is described very accurately in the listing, but under states the location. Everything we wanted to do was in easy walking distance from this property. And we followed the hostess’s recommendation to use the city ramp one block away for parking. It made the one BIG hassle of Savannah, parking, a lot easier and more secure.

The Calliope was as pictured and described. We loved our stay in Savanah and couldn't have asked for a better location to get to all that we wanted to do. Parking was easy at the Robinson Garage next door. Note that because you are so close to the City Market there is a lot of activity out on the street until the wee hours.

The kitchen was a great amenity. It was freezing in the apartment so we had to get some blankets. Also, the apartment is pinned between two abandoned buildings so be aware of your surroundings. The apartment was super cute and had everything we needed. Note the noise, we woke up many times in the middle of the night to sirens, drag racing, and blaring music. The location is great during the day but a pain at night with the noise. Other than that, we loved it!

This is a very nice apartment with a great location. We other reviewers have mentioned, it can be noisy on weekend nights. We used a sound machine we brought along and that helped. The apartment was clean and well-maintained and we enjoyed relaxing and resting here in between trips out on the town. The host was very accommodating and helpful.

The location was fantastic and the apartment itself was great. However, the noise from outside was unbearable at times. You could hear people, cars, music, construction and the street sweeper at 5 am. If you want location this place is a 10/10. If you want peace and quiet I would say look elsewhere.

We had an amazing time in Savannah! This rental was perfect. Very close to all the attractions, bars and restaurants. We were only 2 very short blocks away from City Market and Riverwalk. Right next to a reasonably priced parking garage which was a plus & so much better than paying a high daily rate to park at a hotel. Everything was clean, couldn’t have gotten a better location right by city market. Me and my fiancé had a fantastic time during this stay. Dinner at Belford’s was great, we went out on the town one night, the bedroom was way bigger than I had expected and the bathroom was very clean and nice aswell. Once you figure out how to use the remote for the fans and lights it’s a 10/10 stay we will be back!

This is a lovely 2nd floor apartment. Air-conditioned, tall ceilings, comfortable bed, good cooking pans. It’s about a block from the Main Street in old town with many wonderful restaurants and shops!! Don’t miss Leopold’s for ice cream.
