When we arrived there was 0 spots because there were about 3 RVs or trucks parked going across 3-4 spots each. There was also people in broken down cars and that were just hanging out in their cars. We parked in the only option we had, the church (that had a trail leading to hotel with rails and steps) We went to check in and were not "greeted" a worker came from the back and only said "what's your name" very apparently we interrupted her or didn't want to check people in. You felt the annoyance from her immediately. I then told her my name and she requested id and card, no problem. She then told me there is no reserv. from me to which I replied I have confirmation which she then asked me if it was under a different name then what I told her (she even had my ID?). Atleast, she found it! THEN she goes to tell us to place a parking ticket in our car, to which I said there was 0 parking and she immediately said we can't park there (at church) which I then responded there was no parking we went around multiple times. She states the church doesn't like it and we need to park on the side, mind you, the side is a public ROAD that is dark secluded and incredibly sketchy, 300 ft atleast and we would get towed. We stayed where we were worried all night. She also told us that the parking is complimentary and not required by hotel. What?!? The room itself was horrible. Outdated, dirty ,not as pictured. My son slept on floor because the pull out was just springs and it was painful. C pics

It’s an adequate room for an overnight. I was in Bellevue area for business. Room has a kitchenette, which is a bonus as there is a grocery store about a mile away.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend away. We enjoyed the location for the concert that brought us to the area as it was super simple to get to Seattle from here. However during the 5 night stay, not once did the cleaning staff come through to restock and take away garbage. This was supposed to happen on the 3rd night and we had asked on the 4th day for assistance, but it never happened. The room was more outdated then the photos online showed and we noticed various stains on the bathroom wall and curtains in the sitting area that were a bit off putting. The room was a bit dusty too. We got the free continental breakfast once which was fine for what was offered. Some of the front desk workers were friendly, which helped. We were happy with a place to sleep, but do wish things were cleaner.
