It was an okay experience. The floor in the hotel was wet in a strange spot, drenched. They sent up a maintenance man who couldn’t really explain anything and didn’t do anything about it. It was a strange experience.

This was my first time staying in Seattle. I didn’t realize parking was an additional cost. The room was good. Tub was not draining correctly but my husband was able to fix it. There were some spots on the curtains and shower curtain but otherwise, the room was just what we needed. I did not hear my neighbors. That’s a plus. Once we parked our car, we walked to all the sights. Staff was friendly.

Location was good, could walk to Pikes Market and walkable to Monorail or Space Needle. Beds were okay, frumpy pillows. Got trapped in their bit of a scam, we booked a room that gave us an option for room type and we selected 2 double beds, but ended up with a king and sofa bed. They said that since we booked “rule the house” we get what we get. We overheard another family complaining about the same trick and they said they don’t have any more two double bed rooms. So clearly we are not the only one that got suckered into this bait and switch game. Rule the House doesn’t mean you rule, it means they rule you.

The pool and spa were very dirty, was told they didn't have maintenance to take care of it after 6pm but I'm not sure they cleaned it before they left. I wish I had my phone to take pictures. The hotel is very run down and needs a refresh. Elevators were hard to get on when everyone was checking out in the morning. Only 3 and 1 was broken make it a very long wait.
