This hotel has No air conditioning, no air exchange. Window has to be opened to get fresh air. Once window opened it's very noisy day and night because close to port. Shocked for the name of Sheraton.

The concierge staff was not very helpful. My colleague's luggage was lost and we could not get helpful advice on where to shop for replacement clothes. The Bay Leaf Café food was dreadful.

Good choice for business stay

Solid choice if you are in the area on business. Clean, comfrtable and the breakfast is good. Probably less optimal if you are in Shanghai for sightseeing - it is quite far from the city center.

Customer Service at it’s worst

We booked this hotel on the pretense of a shuttle being provided for a Disney Trip we have been planning. We found out once we arrived that there was not shuttle and the airport service they offer costs more than hailing a taxi yourself. The hotel is almost an hour away from anything in the city or Disney so it was not feasible for us to stay there without these amenities as the time and money was more than we planned for. The hotel staff had no solutions to the problem and acted like they really didn’t care. She said no we don’t offer those things. We stayed only one night because it was so late by the time we arrived. I said we would only be staying one night if our reservation and the lady at the desk said ok you will not be refunded. Customer service was not at its best here and yes I understand what Hotels.com says about cancellation and refunds but I expected a lot more from a Sheraton hotel. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re hoping to enjoy the city of Shanghai or Disneyland.

Nice room

I was impressed with good services by the Hotel GM, Alex by taking care of my luggages to the room when I checked in after midnight with no doorman available. The room is great, nice size and comfortable.
