It does the job its supposed to do. The room was fairly compact, but enough for what is needed, that is to sleep and use the bathroom. Pleasant and comfortable bed, but if youre 6ft your feet will hit the wall lol. Great facilities with the gym and laundry

It's a horrible hotel, what it shows in a picture not the same..room is like a mess,1 small room, open shower, no kitchen included, no tea kettle nothing at all and no walking spacing in a room and finally the lift is in maintenance,still they operating it normal...its so dangerous. Very disappointed and hopeless hotel...from me zero star's..thanks.

The most disappointing part was the push to go digital with checkin but the process is so complicated, app and wensite are not working efficiently (it could not find my reservation!) and the whole experience with the digital checkin is just frustrating. When I got to the property, I got lost for about 20minutes trying to find the physical check in counter. No clear signs from the L2 dropoff area.

Pleasant Than I expected

At first when I saw it in person, I feel like I will not have a good time because it seems theres a lot of on going construction. But I was wrong. It was more than pleasant. The room is neat although its small - its good for sleeping. The staff were friendly except the one on the bar - he did not let me wait there if I am not ordering something. He direct me to the waiting area which few step up. Even if I told him my luggage is heavy still did not allow me. But over all it was a pleasant stay that I did not expect. The location is very convenient too to the MRT. I still recommend it for the fair price and location.

The hotel was in a GREAT location close to EVERYTHING. The breakfast was delicious. We looked forward to it EVERY morning. The staff was exceptionally accommodating especially Hillman and Irene. They helped make our stay in Singapore memorable.

The location is great, but the room layout needs some improvement. The King/Queen bed is positioned with three sides against the wall or window, so you can only access it from one side. Additionally, the shower and toilet are in the same space with no door, curtain, or proper threshold, which led to water spilling onto the toilet and even the bedroom floor after a quick shower. The water temperature in the shower was also inconsistent, fluctuating between too cold and too hot. There were no hooks or bars to hang clothes, and while there is a towel rack with a couple of plastic hangers, the bathroom floor gets so wet that you can't hang your damp towel inside the bathroom. As a result, we've to hang the damp bath towel outside the bathroom, on the same rack as our clean clothes—definitely not an ideal situation. Another issue is the lack of a phone in the room, which made it impossible to call other rooms. The room key also only works on your own floor, so if your travel companions are on a different floor, you can’t visit their floors and are left to meet up with them in the lobby. This could be a real inconvenience. In our case, my parents need help closing their luggage and one of them has to go to the lobby to bring me to their room. Overall, while the location is good and the room is clean, the design is poorly thought out. It might be suitable for solo travelers or younger couples, but I wouldn't recommend it for families, seniors, or larger groups.

It is relatively convenient in location. However this hotel is poorly managed: 1) water in the shower was not hot. In the middle of the shower, water stopped coming out. After a minute it came out again. The water pressure was not consistent. No hot water in the sink! 2) We were told no housekeeping service the first night of stay but they serviced the room. We asked the front desk to deliver some towels to us in another night, they delivered it to the wrong room. 3) The queen bed was against the wall with only one side to exit. Sleeping on the side of the bed against the wall, I had to climb over my wife each time I exit the bed. So inconvenient. 4) I had to stream the TV to get to see apps, not even TV channels. 5) There is no phone in the room. Every time I have to contact the front desk, I have to take the elevator down. 6) The Gym and the laundry room are in the same area. The smell of laundry filled the air in the gym. Weary and uncomfortable. 7) The shower set up was poor. Water from the shower can easily wet the toilet and leaks out the bathroom area. For a 4-star hotel rated by Expedia, it is deceitfully rated. A 3-star hotel at the best!

Checking in was very easy and even though we got there a little early we were able to visit the shopping center near it to have some food while we waited which was very nice. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and the mrt entrance was close and very convenient.
