Good location, closed to mrt, plenty of food places, bugis market, and tourist attractions. Elevators not very efficient, the only go up to your floor and cannot go down to other floors unless you have a key. This is not very convenient if you are traveling with friends who stay i. Differet floors.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room that I stayed it showed signs of age but overall is a comfortable stay. It was a good size room with plenty of space for 2 guests and our luggage. The room had our own mini fridge which was great! My main gripe with the hotel is that guests have to utilise their in-house streaming/casting if we want to watch anything on TV. There is no option to watch regular TV in the event that the connection isn't good. I did contact the concierge and a technician was sent to us but it wasn't a hardware issue. The wifi server was most likely overloaded which resulted in extremely poor connection. This was what the technician said to us as well. The poor connection meant that my videos weren't casting properly - pixelated, 'broken-screen-like' quality. Tried a few different apps (Netflix, Youtube etc) so we know for certain it wasn't an app issue. Essentially we werent able to watch anything on TV. I want to mention that this issue only happened every now & then(im guessing when most guests are in their room and streaming) but it has happened enough times for me to be annoyed. I was also 'kicked off' the connection on multiple random occasions which meant I had to go through the entire process of taking a pic of the QR code to reconnect to continue. Most of which are inconveniences which isn't a deal breaker but definitely made the stay less enjoyable. I have stayed at other LYFs and I didn't encounter such issues.
