The staff is very courteous and helpful with our inquiries. The property is conveniently located to transportation and restaurants. We really enjoyed our 123 bus ride to Sentosa right steps away from the property.

Great hotel with Somerset MRT directly underneath, we took a Grab on arrival £13 to hotel but going back to the airport we were well versed with using the MRT after 4x days of visiting, so we took the MRT back £2! Hotel has a great rooftop pool open till 10pm & the rooms were immaculate with daily cleaning. The hotel were aware of our birthday’s & we had a large bed decoration & treats provided for us on arrival, our hotel mirror had hand decorations/artworks from the hospitality team…. Just a fabulous experience. We ate breakfast in the shopping centre below the hotel everyday (Tim Hortin’s & bakery’s & others, there is so much choice of eating & clothes shopping if you forget anything & a 7/11 for water, juice etc). Thanks so much to the team at the Jen x x if you are looking at this hotel for a stay in Singapore please do not hesitate, it’s a fabulous spot.

Room is very clean and the amenities are second to none. The staff are all wonderful from the concierge with Ry Anne and Irina (hopefully I have their names spelled correctly) to the room stewards (1758 first time and 1852 the second time). Your employees are all very professional and did their job to the standards of a 5 star hotel. Great and outstanding hotel for the rates or amount customers pay.. Just outstanding!

The hotel was booked because on several sites it states that it has designated smoking areas. Upon check in I was informed that there were none in the hotel but told I could go down 10 floors across a busy road, past a train station into a badly lit park…. The room itself was ok … if you enjoy an overpriced travel lodge room.

Excellent hotel. We stayed in the family deluxe room and had two king size beds for our family of four. The rooftop pool was a highlight for my son, where we also were able to enjoy the NYE fireworks! The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've enjoyed and worth it. Check-in/check-out was a breeze.
