I love the customer service, staff worked long hrs. one day worked until 11 pm or midnight then the next day she was ready to g again early in the morning and she was still caring and with good disposition. Your breakfast was great, we had little ones coming with us my daughter and her husband and it was great! I would suggest to just have may be 4 of your child highchairs, you only have 2 , there were other children , we have 2 year old twins , one of the chairs was already been used , we put one of the twins in the highr chair but we had to hold the other one and it was hard to hold him and have breakfast at the same time. THnak you

Perfect night away from home.

Great stay. Friendly staff. Everything was clean and comfortable. What be nice to have a nightlight in bathroom so you don’t have to cut overhead light on when going to bathroom during the night.

Unknown circumstances...

I arrived and there was no one at the front desk, there was three of us waiting and continually ringing the bell trying to get someone to show up. It was a half hour before anyone had. I have stayed here numerous times and have never had this experience. I understand life happens but wondering what exactly happened that we had to wait a bit to check in.

I was here for a conference, knew no one and wasn’t sure what was “good to eat” around the hotel. When I checked in the guy at the desk was the nicest. He chatted with me for awhile and made me feel comfortable. Breakfast was a good way to start my day. The rooms are big and I could spread out. I walked everywhere and there are plenty of sidewalks and cross walks.

This is a beautiful facility. The only thing I would say is, we had a family emergency and checked out at 10pm. I wish you would have waived the fees for the 2nd night due to the urgency of our situation.

Great property... However, we missed out on some housekeeping due to booking twice through the week and they only do it every two days. Very happy with the layout of the rooms and the cleanliness of everything. The breakfast is really good too!

Excellent place - only complaint would be no food/beverage on site but there is plenty in the area only 2 minute walk away. Check in was easy. Staff/support is very accommodating. Has nice gym, laundry, and terrace! I had a cool balcony view from my room. The surrounding area is amazing. Get some GOOD coffee and desayuno at La Ventanita!
