Cheap and it worked. Just don't expect a lot.

Its old, well worn and not very clean. On the other hand the front desk handled our issues as well as they could. And its cheap.

There wasn't much to like since it was pretty dirty, unsanitary and unsafe. It didn't even look like anyone cleaned the rooms since the carpet had crumbs all over and there was hair in the beds. Gross. We switched rooms and the second room was in the same condition as the first one. They really need to work on the cleanliness of the rooms and maybe upgarde the appliances to more modern ones. We ended up going to the Rodeway Inn and it was much cleaner and the rooms were nice. Although, the front desk person at this inn was very frienldy and helpful.

Staff refused to honor refund. After we checked in the rooms were dirty and had mold which was a major health hazard. Left after just 30 minutes and staff refused to refund even the future nights that we were canceling.

The price was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fine, what we needed, although the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was an added bonus for the good price.

Dirty and falling apart

This hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised. It is completely run down, holes in the wall and ceiling. The bathroom shower looks dirty and the drain cover kept coming off. The exterior is literally falling apart. The staff seemed nice enough but I would not have stayed here had the photos accurately portrayed the rooms.

Here’s a polished version of your review while keeping the tone sharp and to the point: Absolutely Disgusting – Stay Anywhere Else This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in—and I’ve stayed at a Motel 6. Our first room had visibly dirty sheets. When we went to the front desk, they didn’t even wait for us to complain; they immediately asked if our room was dirty—clearly, they already knew. That alone says everything. They switched our room, and while the sheets were at least visibly cleaner, everything else was still disgusting. The furniture, the drapes, the bathroom—it all felt grimy. Worst of all, the toilet was covered in pubic hairs. Absolutely revolting. Pros: Close to Zion, there was hot water, and we survived the night without needing to sleep in our car. Cons: Literally everything else. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless I truly despised them. Avoid at all cost!
