It is a basic hotel but they provided everything we needed including a fridge, coffee maker and tv. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They also provided free continental breakfast. I think it's really good value although basic.

Pakistanis clerk did not know anything about the area, had a hard time communicating, and was not helpful at all. Hotel is old and dated with decayed aluminum siding, no pool or gy , antiquated furniture and shabby appearance. Carpeting, bathroom floor, paint and bedding was new.

Property is a mess. Room was ok, but property is dirty and run down. Staff cannot speak English. I had to wait 5 min because the lady up front could not understand "Do you have a shuttle to zion". Same when i called to ask before arriving. I gets its minority owned and i love that, but you have to be able to communicate with your clientele. Not broken English, she and her partner didn't understand a word I was saying. Overall its just not a noce place- DONT GO

The front desk staff were great! It is awesome that they moved up their breakfast time to allow for you to make the first shuttle at Zion at 7am.

The staff was fantastic and helpful. Couldn’t be better. The hallway carpeting was dirty and needed vacuuming. The rooms are large and have everything you need (except a hair dryer) but there is a small pedestal sink in the bathroom - not great for overnight stays. The shower was so old that dirt and grime seemed permanent. Was it?? Carpeting needed a shampoo. But everything else seemed clean enough. Breakfast was in a large comfortable room - continental breakfast that was well done. Overall a good stay due to staff. Everyone was kind and helpful! Worth the price paid.
