The hotel is very basic in the quality of the mattress, breakfast, etc. Pretty run down appearance-wise, in need of fixes to things like broken lamp shades, flickering bathroom lights, big chips in the wall paint, runs and folds in the carpet. The staff were all very nice, and breakfast was free. It was one of the more affordable hotels in the area. Not sure we would stay here again.

I stayed here for a week while working an event at Sand Hollow State Park. The location was minutes from the event and easy to access with a large overlanding vehicle. Staff was very welcoming and helpful! The continental breakfast had good coffee and waffles too. I will stay here again next year.
Site has a peaceful back patio to watch sunsets.
Property is right off highway 9 into Zion.

This hotel is directly behind the Comfort Inn-which has the same address. More affordable. Friendly, Helpful staff. Beds comfy. Plenty of space in this 2 queen bed room. Bathroom tight yet everything needed is there. Will stay again next time in Hurricane.
