They put me in a handicap room instead of a regular hotel room. I am not handicapped. It also shared the wall with the morning cafeteria. So at 5 AM it was thumping and bumping and very noisy. Also, they took out the regular vanity so the toilet was wheelchair accessible. Also took out the closet and made the closet into a small little vanity. So there was no closet. I had to take a flashlight bend down and look up underneath to figure out how to hang up my clothing. Even the ironing board was cut in half. The desk, because of the reconfiguration of the room, had no outlet to plug in my electronics. I had to go to Walmart and buy an extension cord. I also found a cockroach in my bathroom. Never again. Also, there is no elevator so I had to stay on the bottom floor unless I wanted to pull my luggage up a staircase. No one offered to help me do that.

The hotel needed some work. The bed was very soft the door between us and the conjoined room wouldn’t lock. The breakfast had frozen scrambled eggs no meat and waffles. You could see through the towels. The drapes wouldn’t completely shut and people out side could look in. Will not stay there again.

Very good breakfast. Good variety of food. To improve, have brown bread and brown bagels, peanut butter, no sugar added oatmeal, more fresh fruit. Location was 40 minutes from Zion National Park. Would be nice to have it closer. The price was much better than hotels in Springdale. An indoor pool would be nice. Excellent bed, microwave and fridge.
