Breakfast really good, a little monotonous after 7 days. However the breakfast team really great, nothing for much for them. Food outside of breakfast was poor quality and expensive. Majority of staff friendly and helpful, few staff members let the whole crew down. Check in staff lack training and supervision and knowledge. This needs to be addressed asap. Overall the hotel is in a great location. There were lots of renovations going on, so some facilities were unavailable. I will return, hopefully some of the issues mentioned be resolved.

Upon arrival sliding door not working, ironing board was broken, television was not working and was accused of television not working clam my kids broke the television. They wanted to charge me 500 hundred for the television which we didn't do. Went to management Mr. Perryman he said they was going to investigate 3 days past and no one said anything to us. We had to go to the police station to get our name cleared. And up to now no one came to apologize after telling us is not our fault. They didn't even take out a night or discount for the stress they put us through not even to apologize. We went in the 7 of September my anniversary was the 8th and because of all this stress couldn't even celebrate my anniversary had such a terrible headache. This was the worst. If you going to stay at radisson upon arrival please let someone walk through the room with you and make sure everything is working.

I was horrified when I got to the property and realized that there was construction being done. Expedia did NOT notify me! I was only aware of the upcoming work in November, not the current work being done at the hotel. So each morning I was awakened by drilling, digging or banging, which was NOT fun at all and gave me a headache some mornings. Overall, I'm disappointed that Expedia did not disclose that repairs were being done on the property.

Excellent location right on Grande Ande Beach, friendly staff, especially Dayna at the bar(always friendly and smiling), breakfast had a great variety and drinks at the bar were great! Would definitely recommend as well as I would stay there again

Overall nice stay, room for improvement but ok

The pros: Overall Fairly nice hotel - the main pool is quite nice; RIGHT on the beach -- beach chairs and towels provided with beautiful views. The breakfast buffet was nice-- including cooked-to-order omelets. Free easy access parking and close to restaurants and the city. The cons: Properly is aging but being refurbished. Rooms without views are average, some far from the main pool. The staff were ok, not super helpful or proactive, but not bad either. Overall a nice stay in Grenada, if a little pricey for what was afforded.

This is such a beautiful property. The layout and upkeep of the grounds are impeccable. Beautiful tropical gardens all over the property and the beach was breathtaking. I wish they had more dining options, however, the one dining hall did not disappoint with the food options. The menu at the beach bar offered a variety of food options from appetizers to sandwiches to entrees. The food was delicious and freshly made. The drinks were all good as well. They do not offer beach umbrellas but there are plenty of trees on the beach, if you need to get out of the sun. The beach loungers are comfortable. The pools offer plenty of loungers and umbrellas, if you prefer pools. The staff were friendly and attentive. There was a freelancer photographer on the premises which offered photo sessions to capture your special moments. Overall, this was a VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!

The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Great dining and bar options in the hotel that its not necessary to go dine out if you don't have to. The breakfast was delicious and the pool is very relaxing. Many Entertainment choices.

The property location on Grand Anse beach is outstanding. The beach views are magnificent and the beach access from your room - what more could you ask for. On thw other hand, the lighting in the room could be updated. Also, the room phones don't appear to work to reach the front desk or room service. The staff is helpful and kind. And breakfast, which is included - a definite plus with many choices. I would return!

The rooms are a good size and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent. A variety of Caribbean and continental. The staff was pleasant courteous and extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel unreservedly.
