AC worked fine. Pool has a tree growing in it looks like pool has been neglected and ignored for years. Did not appreciate at all the fact that the hotel called me the morning of my checkin on Octobet 17th and that they were doing renovations and we would have to switch to a single bed room. Told them jnacceptable, and we ended up in a not at all very clean smoking room with double beds. I booked this room many months ago and i am knly told the morning of checking in that the room i booked was not available duebto renovations. Significant discout should be provided.

This place is a dump. We checked in, went to our room and left. It was utterly disgusting. Burn holes in the bedding, the smell was atrocious. Everything was dirty. Very sketchy - like something out of a horror movie.

This place was run down. Broken things in the room, outlets didn't work, iron burnt and didn't work, the bathroom was disgusting, and the towel rack was broken. Guest sitting outside their rooms made it feel awkward. The whole building seems like it is about to collapse.

The pictures on the website was very misleading... the pool had grass growing in it, no lobby for coffee of breakfast, the room was smelly and not clean. Will definitely not stay there ever again...

The room I was given was a non smoking but I think I developed emphysema just from walking into the room. The room next to us was open and looked as if they were living there with cats. The replacement room looked as if there had been 40 years of coal miners taking a bath in the bath tub. We couldn’t stay here pictures on line are very deceiving. Also no lobby and no breakfast even though it stated breakfast.

We were never able to check in because they said they had no knowledge of the reservation. I showed the confirmation but according the manager it didn’t matter. We ended up leaving and driving back 3 hours from where we came and missed seeing our daughter.

Lobby was closed, had to check in from the outside. No breakfast, pool was closed and hadn't been open in a long time. Mattress was awful. Luckily we brought our own sheets. Luckily the air conditioner worked amazing. Needs a major update. Felt like we were staying in a motel worse than schitts creek.

Almost called the police on several occasions due to fighting outside, several people smoking pot until late into the night. Cigarette burns on bedding, place reeked of bleach. Convenient to campus but not worth the risk, I think several vagrants live on property too. Pitbulls outside rooms
