Really nice older hotel

We were in town for the trap state tournament. The hotel is a bit older, but despite that, it was still a really nice place to stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future. They had everything to the point where we really didn’t need to leave with the exception of our event. They had a pool, bar, restaurant, and even entertainment. The massage chairs in the lobby was a huge perk! Everything was clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Our bathroom was gross. There was pee on the toilet, along with poop. There was pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor! Glad I had snacked with, no way my feet would touch any flooring. Mirrors were not cleaned as well! Bathrooms need a deep clean every time!!!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were great as well as all the amenities. The rooms were clean and smelled clean. The continental breakfasts were delicious. If you are planning on staying here you will not be disappointed.

We like the cleanliness of the room and the staff is friendly, but the hvac and the maintenance staff was nonexistent this weekend. One of my rooms had a toilet overflow onto the floor and no one showed up, the second of my rooms, the hvac system didn't work. I finally asked for 2 new rooms and we were moved.

Room was dirty. Ceilings in bathroom was peeling. Mold and shampoo staining on shower walls. Rust under sink. Dried food stains on carpet. Marks on walls. Furniture was old, dusty and fake wood chipping off of it. Fake plants in hotel extreme dust. Massage chairs in lobby covered in stains, black now rather than the color they used to be. Cheap very tacky decor!!!!!!

We checked in and dragged our luggage across the entire conference center only to find that our room was not the room we paid for. We dragged our luggage back to check in and waited in line for the receptionist. We were given a new room, the one we requested. Upon entering that room, we discovered it hadn’t been cleaned. We went back to reception and we’re told to wait 40 minutes for housekeeping to clean the room. We waited in a lobby area that hadn’t been cleaned. Finally we got into the room. It wasn’t well cleaned (prior guests toothpaste in sink handle). The air conditioning in the room was broken and we could only open one window (which had the screen taped on). The other window had no screen. We dialed the number for room service (which was listed on our room phone) and we’re told we had to call the hotel. We gave up and ate in a restaurant in person. One good thing is that it was quiet.
