This location in Sudbury needs to get rid of the air freshener in the lobby. It's a terrible chemical smell. The toiletries we're not filled up. Some had no.Shampoo & no body wash

We booked the hotel because it has a pool and hot tub. When we arrived we were informed the pool area was closed for renovations. At no point was this noted on our reservation. A discount should have been provided and of course wasn't.

We were refused entry due to my drivers license being expired by 20 days. Refused to let me speak to manager. We were refused entry and live over 3 hours drive away. Terrible customer service. Will never stay at a microtel again. Renewed license online.

Front Mats by the entrance very dirty and wet and not cleaned or mopped while we were there. Elevators bordering on being unsafe - one elevator in particular felt very shaky and it thought it was going to come off the rails.

Always enjoy my stay. Love that it's pet friendly and the wheelchair accessible showers are the best for someone with mobility issues like me. Great breakfast options in the morning. The only downside I had was the pool floor area. It was so slippery my friend fell in the pool area. I've almost slipped a few times walking from the pool to the hot tub, if that were to happen my knees would be shot and I would no longer be able to work. Other than that I enjoy frequenting this hotel when I go to the city.

Wasn’t too bad of a stay.

Wasn’t too bad of a stay. Room was 14 degrees on arrival. Fridges does get cold enough to keep babies milk at a safe temperature. Changes can be made. But everything else was good.
