Room was clean and comfortable but the lack of bathtub was a disappointment Pool and hot tub were so busy in the evening I couldn't use them. Noisy neighbours beside and above. Maybe because it was a Saturday night, but as a solo traveler looking to simply rest, this all took away from the relaxation I was hoping to find.

All was good until the next morning turned on the hairdryer and it literally blew up in my hand...burnt my thumb...i got to call the front desk the phone didnt work. The desk could call me but i couldn't call out or room to room. The worst is when reported,never heard from the manager or other. I went to the front desk and one young lady actually gave me some papers to fill out. Sad that i was not compensated in anyway and i had booked and paid fir two rooms...not a lot of customer relations at all. I will make sure all my fretc will hear of this...not even were sorry.

The hotel looks good on paper but its let down by the various clientele and also the unwillingness of the staff to pick up garbage from those clientele, it just piles up until the end of the day. Some people were drunk and yelling every night at one side of the parking lot and made us uncomfortable to unload items from the car, just not what we expected from what could have been a very clean place to stay.

The hotel itself is nice…..the rooms are not very sound proof though. We were kept awake most of the night due to a party next door which went on from 2:30am to 5:30am. We called front desk twice and I filed a complaint with the hotel before leaving and outlined our experience with the Manager through an e-mail request from her for further details a week ago yesterday. I have not heard back from the hotel. That’s why I had not responded to the survey yet.

Stay was ok, no big concerns. The bathtubs has old silicone popping out with mold under it and the cables connecting TV and the doc were all out of the box and in the floor. My main complaint is that the gym open just 7am (during business week days).. who work leaves 7am to work, so having it open earlier would be better

Very nice and clean place to stay. Close to everything when shopping. Staff were very friendly. Room were very clean and are well layer out. The only issue I had was if breakfast is available 7-10am then it should be available until 10am and not taken down at 9:45 especially on a Sunday when stores are not open until later. Otherwise it was quite relaxing and enjoyable.

Walked in & the young lady (forgot to ask for her name new hire) explained that the manager was just with another guest & she hadn’t been there long enough to check me in, which was fine. She was incredibly courteous & had me fill in the paperwork needed instructing me incredibly. At that time the manager came back & seamlessly checked me in. Kudos to the first young lady & I seriously hope this location holds onto her as her customer service skills are phenomenal! I have been in the same kind of business for almost 30 years & skills like this are incredibly hard to find. Great job!

Nice hotel, reasonable price. Nice pool and hot-tub. Crowded breakfast area for a long weekend. The rooms were a little small and small bathroom but all we needed for overnight, if it was longer it would seem small.

People working there are great. Lot of noise, can hear neighbors scream and talk loudly. For the price I paid, I found the breakfast offer very limited. I expected more from this hotel.
