Very convenient location.

It’s very good location to go around the city. We were able to check in earlier when the room is available and very appreciated. I didn’t give 5 start because the following: only one chair in the room we booked. For two old folks were hard. The management and front desk were excellent.

A terrible room. A very tired property that looks decent from the outside with a good location to walk Darling Harbour but the rooms are VERY basic with ancient AC that dampens and cools the room. Only body wash for shampoo/conditioner and a hostel like feel in the bathroom. Stay next door at the Novotel for not much more.

I did like the location. The room was a little drab, shower leaked. I reserved the property on Expedia initially it was $776 when we got to the property it was $995 our credit card was charged $1009.33

Property is starting to look a little dated, the room i was in could do with a good remodeling, considering the hotels position on the darling Harbour, you'd expect more luxury type of accommodation. But overall still a nice place.

Love this place

First of all the staff is amazing. Prompt and very attentive. Then the dinner was delightful. Love the breakfast buffet. This hotel is close to so many sites to see. Definitely would go back.
