Not so good stay this time around. The aircon's temperature could not be adjusted and was not cool. Hotel management provided us with an ELECTRIC FAN! They also provided free dinner. Also, the key cards were playing up, sometimes did not unlock the doors from outside.

Nice hotel. Centrally located. Only had breakfast once, was ok, a bit crowded, too many tables crammed in one area. Also asked twice for gym to have cleaning wipes/ spray to clean machines, still not actioned when leaving today.

Central hotel with everything

Great service, room ready two hours before check in, room spotless. Loved the central location for shopping, central station and opera house etc. Only complaint was house service was at 5pm, been out since 8am and just back before 5pm.

Generally very good service although our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4.30pm. Also tea, sugar and milk were not replenished each day and we didn’t get face washers or hand towels on the 3rd day.

Clean hotel

Clean hotel, room was nice, and Queen beds were just right Breakfast Buffett was good but on pricey side will hold bags after checkout to grab later in the day when ready to go to plane. Next to Chinatown if you love Asian food. Would stay there again
