Overall, it was great and very comfortable but there were no towel rails in the bathroom or a rail to hold to exit the bath safely (shower was in the bath). We also didn’t have a QR Code in our room for room service and the lock on the balcony door was broken. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.

Excellent location convenient for all our needs, breakfast was great and the bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in. Place seems a little worn and was slow for us to check in however this was due to another customer complaining

Lovely Hotel - Very Central

Great hotel located very close to Central Station. Easy to access trains, buses and trams from here. The room was very spacious, clean and had plenty of amenities provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. the bathroom is on the small side, but it is perfectly functional and maintained well. Note the restaurant is not open for dinner on Sundays and Mondays. Negative points: The mattress is VERY soft. Really, was quite difficult to sleep/get comfortable in as it was too soft. Staff (& the printed information) could have provided more information, for example, we didn't see check-out time on the printed info and had to look it up. And we weren't told at check-in about the restaurant being closed on Sunday & Monday (we checked in on Sunday). Overall, enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it.

Lovely hotel, booked it without even realising it was where we stayed the last time. The shower-tub was a bit slippery even with their little mat, so I got a huge bruise on my leg, but other than that it was a great stay.

Great Location .. Value for Money

Large well kept rooms in a great location and for Sydney the price is good. The public areas could do with a update, some of the carpets are badly stained and frayed. Overall a good place to stay especially if you are looking for clean comfortable accomodation that is nothing fancy.

Wouldn’t stay again. Positives - close to central station, room was clean/tidy. Negatives - photos on site look a lot nicer, needs some love, went to use the gym and it was as hot as a sauna/couldn’t use, ordered the most expensive beef burgers we have ever had and by far the worst tasting. Over $60 for 2 basic burgers. One wasn’t cooked/the pattie was raw and had to be re made. Very small menu too.

5 Night stay - to explore Sydney

We arrived at the hotel overnight early morning. Luckily the reception lady checked and our room was ready very early. We were so grateful. After some rest we settled into our room. The room was spacious and we had two queen beds. My daughter and me said how comfortable the beds are. There’s a kettle & fridge in the room, safe and ironing board. A good hairdryer too even with a nozzle which I use. The bathroom is spacious. Around the bath the tiling is a little tired looking. The shower is good. Sustainably we opted to have our room refreshed every other day and spoke with the cleaners. We did have breakfast on one day which was ok. We used the bar one night but there was limited comfy seating near the bar and it was slightly busy. We found the staff very friendly and approachable. Location we were unsure if we had chosen the right area. However we feel that we actually explored more walking in different directions and using the tram and the Big Bus service. It’s close to the tram and train and bus station. Paddy’s market is a few mins walk then onto China town, and Darling Harbour area. We would recommend this hotel and great value for money.

Great reception staff

The hotel reception staff were excellent. We were supposed to have a 50 aud food and beverage voucher through hotel.com but this didn’t materialise. Not the fault of the hotel. Reception gave us early check in which was great. Unfortunately the room on the 15th floor was very tired and needed a refurb. I did ask to change rooms as had seen a room on the 8th floor which was totally different bright and fresh. The hotel were very busy so could not accommodate us. We have been travelling around Australia for a month and this is the worst room we have stayed in.
