One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. I booked a basic room for an inadvertent stay at 11:00pm. Staff were excellent and upgraded me to a very unnecessary 2 bedroom suite. I was in it for 6 hours.

I enjoy the bit of luxury Star enables, rooms spacious and comfortable, dining options and transport options such as the ferry to the Quay or Light Rail, alot within reach. Did get annoyed when after cleaning only one coffee cup was available or another day no water in room - expect better service in this area. The lights can be a bit tricky but overall enjoyed my stay.

Very nice location and convenient. 24/7 Sports bar and casino are highlight of the stay. We will come again. I am the star casino member. However, I did not earn any points as I booked through third party. I need to consider how to make booking next time.
