Loved out stay at The Star. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, we appreciated being able to check in early and were very happy to receive a room upgrade as it was our 5 year anniversary. The one bedroom suite was beautiful! Huge balcony with city views, suite was clean and very spacious. The pool and spa were incredible. We had such a great time and will be staying here in future. Highly recommend!

First time at The Star Grand Hotel. 5 stars! The casino was huge. Plenty of slot machines (pokies) and tables. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the harbor with a balcony.
