"Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down."

"Traveling alone, my stay at Hotel Safia (15.9.-22.9.24)was more than perfect. The room was comfortable and cleaned everyday and the staff at the reception was very helpful and communicated well in English. Breakfast was simple continental, but enough to start the day. Also breakfast was served with a smile. The location was good for me because I could choose myself when to be in the middle of more happening, you could for ex take a local bus direct to Jemaa el Fnaa (15min) or safely walk 2,5km to Jardin Majorelle. "We spent a few nights in Andallaspa as we travelled to Atlas mountains. This hotel was very nice and gave a good value for money. Junior suites were clean and spacious, and how lovely it is to enjoy a decent breakfast on the rooftop. Hotel also provides massages and they were heaven. Location is very good too: inside the old town and close to action but the street is very quiet and you don’t hear the city inside the hotel. The only downside were the thin walls inside the hotel. Best thing here is the staff, you really feel anything is possible."
