The elevator & 3rd floor smelled like mold. My wife & I were initally given the room 322 which is 3rd floor & make a left a few doors on the right. When I arrived it smelled so bad that I could not stay in it medically as I am asthmatic. The attendant transfered us to 302 which smelled better (not good) but had stains everywhere. Please have someone do a cleaning & wash the sheets & hanging towels. You need a mold remediation specialist for at least that floor of the hotel.

Very unsafe location, room was not clean, bedding had large stains on it, door wouldn't close all the way. Furnishing in the lobby was mismatched, in bad shape and not clean. Check in desk staff was dressed in jeans and t-shirts and their desk was piled with papers and office supplies much like a college dorm room. Only one elevator that had a dirty floor and trash in it. I do not recommend this property.

The room was clean and nice. The morning breakfast buffet was watched over by an employee who would not let anyone leave with food. We usually like to bring a plate to our room to enjoy. That was not allowed at this hotel. All the tables were full and she said sorry you will have to wait for a table or stand and eat. It was very strange.

The room, and the building in general, were severely neglected. We called the staff to let them know the toilet water kept running, they said they would send someone right up. P.S. the phone in the room has no wIre connected to make a call. I used my cell phone to call the front desk No one came. The tub was chipped, rusted, and moldy. The bed frames were sagging in the middle. Once I saw the condition of the bathroom, I told my family we were leaving. The 2 guys at the front desk were sitting there when we came down, and said oh we were getting ready to send someone up to your room. The staff did not seem surprised when I said we were not staying. They were ready to refund my deposit, but said I would need to contact Expedia for the 2nd night to be refunded. I would also need to contact the manager for a full refund. I told them I wanted a full refund because their photos of the property and room were deceiving. I wouldn't doubt is they have employees that rate the property a 10/10. That is BS. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The property did not begin to live up to the “Wyndham” name. Felt unsafe when arrived and property was dirty and rundown. The staff was accommodating with cancellation and did not charge me.

He was absolutely disgusting there. There’s 2 inch gap when you close the door that anybody can see inside the room was infested with roaches. I went and told the staff and they couldn’t do anything because they were sold out so we couldn’t sleep. We have to wait till the very next day to get a different room, which at the end of the day also had roaches.
