The Space:

This light, bright, and nautical condo is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful weekend in the Florida Keys, while still being conveniently located between Key Largo and Islamorada—perfect for sport fishing enthusiasts, divers, and snorkelers.



The condo has been immaculately renovated and features all-new kitchen and bathrooms, modern coastal furnishings, updated lighting, and fresh bedding throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer, making longer stays effortless.



Relax together in the spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV and a selection of board games—perfect for cozy nights in after a day on the water.



The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, premium linens, a flat-screen TV, and ocean views right from the bed. Step outside to your private additional balcony, an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset breezes. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.



The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed with convenient access to the second bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combination.



Whether you’re here to unwind, explore the water, or enjoy the laid-back island lifestyle, this oceanfront condo provides the perfect home base in the Keys.



Guest Access:

Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including:



- 24/7 Front Gate Security

- Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided)

- Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.

- Loungers, umbrellas by the pool; towels in the condo

- Two private Tennis courts

- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;

- 2 Parking spots per reservation

- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available for $4/ft/day and boat trailer parking is $40/day (free with slip rental). The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dock master.



The Neighborhood:

The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
