Upon check in: -No instructions one the electrical process in the room. -Tv did not work upon arrival, I had to program the tv once it was working by staff. -refrigerator has issues with the fan in the freezer ,the fan hits the plastic cover over the fan up all night. -sink was clogged and leaked bad under the sink, staff seemed no concern. Had to place two towels down under garbage disposal. -Garbage disposal in the sink did not work. -no instructions on how to use the stove. -Breakfast options? Your best staying with a continental breakfast if you can’t get your staff to replenish what is missing, including the juice bar, and the soda bar and the coffee containers. -the only thing this hotel has gone for them. It was clean….

Unfortunately, no one came to clean our room at all during our week stay, the doors didn’t lock properly and people would just walk in our room on accident. The property was nice, but service was not so great.

My car was vandalized in the hotel parking lot, and they don't take any responsibility of the unsafe parking lot. I will not recommend it; I have to pay $800 for the damage of my car in this hotel.
