Three sections of balconies and patio provide ample space for outdoor entertainment and dining. The main balcony deck off the living room has a gas grill and seating for your summer enjoyment. The private hot tub patio on the lower level as multiple accesses. The master bedroom has its own private patio, with an outdoor path to the hot tub patio. The Master bedroom suite is on one side of the lower level and has a King bed, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet with built-in alder cabinetry and a sunny morning patio. Two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a Captain's bunk (X-long twin over a queen), each have their own luxurious bathrooms and are located on other side of the lower level with direct access to the patio and hot tub. The hot tub overlooks the beautiful pine forest and has views of Rendezvous Mountain and the top of the Tram. There is an additional loft with two twin beds, accessible by a spiral staircase from the main level.
A fully-equipped chef's kitchen showcases the Viking range and Subzero refrigerator. The galley design allows seating for 5 along the black granite countertop bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is an expansive dining area with seating for 8.
On the lower level is a mudroom with ski and gear storage and cubbies near the hot tub patio access door. The garage has parking for two vehicles with additional parking outside for two additional vehicles.
