No heat and it was freezing with wind advisory

We had zero heat. I went to the front desk and they said we were the only room without heat because they were scheduled to renovate. Well then don't put people in the room when it's negative degrees outside.

Service isn’t Great!

I booked to stay there for 4-5 days, everything was good besides a water leak in the kitchen, the first 2 nights but the 3rd day I woke up to a bang on the door because they were gonna fix the water leak issue. then I got a letter that the next day the water was gonna be shut down from 10am-5pm, only to find out at 4 it was gonna be off til the next day. I didn’t get an apology for the inconvenience or anything. Also they didn’t come clean my room or bring me clean towels, I had to wash the towels after the 2 nd night there.

I booked a room, due to the weather in the area. However When i went to the hotel, it was closed. I booked it and didnt need the insurance due to the fact Ir was a same day situation. The address was wrong, took me to the wrong hotel. So, I booked a different hotel in the area. I called to see if i could get a refund, considering the circumstances. They called the hote and they said No.. Appreciate it Residence inn..

The coffee lid was already broken when I came in everything was clean the nextdoor keep banging the wall every 10 min told them front desk about it they didn't listen until I told my son to go to the front desk told them the nextdoor person stop hitting the wall until it start again around 9 pm which I need sleep was work didn't got enough sleep because of that staying at the place is good but just the noise from next room make me uncomfortable

The staff was wonderful BUT....A very old wendy's bag with food in the fridge. Hallway REEKED of smoke and pot. You can hear a lot of noise. Cabinets slamming closed in the next door unit. I question the safety of the property. I am hoping these issues get resolved
