Tv in my room didnt work and took over 2 attenpts to fix it. No hot water for the first night and early first morning. Very litrle by way of apology from staff when checking out when these issues raised.

The room was nog cleaned. After telling the reception there was no sorry or anything. She told me that she would send housekeeping as soon as possible. We left after an hour and still no one to clean. Specially the fridge from the minibar was very dirty. When passing by the reception and mentioning the problem again, the receptionist still didn’t even apologise.
