Convenient location

The location was convenient to multiple subway and train lines. The building and gardens are well maintained. My only complaint is that the beds were very hard but even that we got used to. LOVED the pajamas.

Great hotel with great staff the primarily caters to Japanese business customers. The hotel gardens are an excellent attraction in itself which we toured to unwind at every day.

We stayed in the deluxe triple -really great except the beds were too hard. That said, when I asked for a pillow top/extra duvets to sleep on, management responded very quickly and re-made the beds within about 10 minutes and extended that request to the other room I had to switch to without me asking. Exceptional service throughout the hotel.

Beautiful property, the garden of course was the highlight of the property. Room was very nice, large bedroom, did get an upgrade after notifying staff of honeymoon. The hotel is in the business district of Tokyo so not too much around but train stations are a short walk. 7 elevens everywhere so able to get what you need. Overall, highly recommended 10/10 stars

What a wonderful hotel.

What an amazing room and facilities. You have to have breakfast in the Satsuki restaurant, it's well worth the extra!! Such a great space for our last stopover before flying back to Edinburgh. Thank you Japan, we have loved our holiday across this magical country.

This was the best hotel out of the four we stayed at. I'm not even sure why I liked it so much—there's just so much to enjoy here. The surrounding area is very quiet, yet the hotel offers incredible access to the train system. You can get almost anywhere in Tokyo within 20 minutes from this location. The room felt a bit dated in some aspects, like the phone, but that's understandable given the hotel was built in 1974. Still, the garden is a great feature, and the breakfast on the 40th floor offers stunning views of the city. Honestly, I would live here if I could.

We will be staying here again when back in Tokyo. The location is great; within a 5 minute walk are lots of shops, bars, restaurants; place was hopping at night. The hotel has lovely Japanese garden, fun to explore. The room was very comfortable and we were lucky enough be on a high floor with a wonderful view of the Japanese garden. Hotel has a large number of restaurants, and the two we ate at were excellent.
