The hotel offers a range of properties. The standard rooms in the towers are, in my opinion, well below five-star quality: they’re small, and the bathroom isn’t separated from the shower. The junior suite in the main building is excellent! It’s true that the hotel’s décor is outdated, but not a deal breaker

Their service and hospitality is impeccable!! My daughter’s swim cover up got mixed in with the towels and went missing. They were able to track it down and deliver it to our next hotel with a gift for the incident. I would recommend 100%!!

We loved our stay. The service was impeccable. From the time we arrived to our departure, all the staff was very friendly and attentive. We had two separate stays and required luggage storage. Our luggage were in our room before our checked in. And we loved the breakfast. It was delicious. Can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stays.

Extremely nice hotel, although it is equivalent to a typical opulent western hotel such as the Waldorf Astoria or similar. If that’s to your taste then you’ll love it. It’s very much a western hotel with staff all speaking English rather than Japanese, which was very different from other hotels we stayed at on our trip. The level of service was honestly a bit much for us, but this is purely a matter of personal taste. Our room was spacious and well appointed, even having a Norwegian chair and ottoman and a large bathroom with full shower and separate tub. Many complimentary items were included, and staff were always available to help. The hotel itself has a shopping arcade and many fine restaurants on premises but you are also located in the lovely Ginza district, and less than 15mins walk to the imperial palace. Overall a great hotel, but perhaps not to everyone’s taste. It was a bit too much for us. Being waited on hand and foot is not really our style. But for guest that prefer this level of service, you likely won’t find a better example of it anywhere else in Japan.

One night Tokyo stay

Really large hotel in downtown Tokyo, easily walkable from Tokyo station or the Imperial Palace. Close to multiple restaurants and shopping in Ginza (walkable). I booked 2 rooms, one night, had a fantastic French made-to-order breakfast the next morning. They have an indoor, heated swimming pool. Workout center. Multiple (!!!) restaurants and if you book the room with breakfast, they let you pick which restaurant you want to eat in. All the amenities are included in the bathroom (toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoos, cotton Q-tips, etc.). Room has a mini bar with alcohol. Large bathroom.

A lovely classic hotel with exemplary service. Excellent location for easy walk to subway and Ginza area. Lots of eating options in the vicinity. Highly recommended.

Stay in the main building

Strongly recommend paying extra to stay in the main building While the breakfasts are always fabulous and local hard to best, the rooms in the Tower are unremarkable, small and not worth the money in my opinion
