Check in went very smoothly. Then, down hill from there. The hallways very dirty. Like little piles of dirt everywhere. Especially on the stairs. One of the entrance is taped so anyone can walk in WITHOUT a key. Our hotel room had no conditioner and had someone else hair ties still hanging in the bathroom. States 24 hour coffee in the lobby but at 6 pm no coffee. They said it will be ready in 10 minutes. We returned in 20 minutes there was only 1 coffee cup we asked check in staff where there’s more coffee cups he said find the bar waitress. Or just go behind the bar! There were only 2 people on staff .no cups behind the bar we wondered to the kitchen. The pool is huge! States it heated but it’s not. The pool room is extremely hot but the pool is freezing. Kids still enjoyed the pool. We went to check in and told them there no towels in pool area he told us they are on the rack. There were about 8-10 other families swimming. The pool again is huge so it didn’t feel crowded. There were no towels. Breakfast was fantastic! Waffles, eggs, biscuits, yogurt and different cereals. Just remember you get what you pay for. We wanted somewhere with nice pool and hot breakfast ! Those 2 things were the only best part of our stay.

Bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived. Told the front desk staff about clogged drain and issue was resolved when we return to room. Overall property was kind of dirty, and unfortunately, upon departure found a bedbug.

The outside of the building was in bad shape. Landscape is overgrown, parking lot was a disaster. Inside is so outdated and dirty. I only stayed for one night but would not go back. I know you get what you pay for but this hotel is in bad need of some TLC

Have a back up plan because they certainly don't!

If you have another choice I would pass this place up. We were out of power for a portion of our stay due to an accident across the street. I know this is not the fault of the hotel , however, they had no back up generators to accommodate an energency. This led to a fridged room temperature to add to already rainy and dismal conditions. We ended up sitting outside in our car to charge phones and have heat. They broke glow sticks and placed them up and down halls in lieu of emergency lighting. The Manager on duty did his best communicating with guests. He even walked next door to other businesses to see when power would be restored. You could tell he had no support from hotel upper management.

The room was filthy. There was dried blood on the sheets and the floor was covered in crumbs. That paled in comparison to the next day, though, when water poured out of the bathroom ceiling from the florescent light. The hotel staff refunded me one night, but refused to cover my first night. I would strongly recommend against staying in this hotel.
