Very basic accommodations. On the edge of Chinatown, it offers a wide range of dining options and nightlife, and is in walking distance to nearly everything in Toronto, in addition to being a block from the Dundas trolly line. Property consists of 3 (I think) brownstone type buildings. I stayed in #33, which seems to have been recently renovated. It was very clean, and the room was spacious for one person. The room did not have any glasses, but did have a small fridge and a microwave. Not many flat surface areas to put things, no bedtable, etc. But still, the value was absolutely there given the price of hotels in Toronto. There is no parking on site, but plenty of lots nearby.
I would absolutely stay here again.
