The hot tub was murky as soon as I turned on the timer /jets. it was awful. took about 15 mins to start to clear out. There was also a very strong scent of chlorine. Feeling like the pool and hot tub were overtreated. The room was adequate and served my needs. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately during our stay we had to evacuate at 4 in the morning due to a flood in a guest room. Location is close to Longos and many other shopping amenities just a short drive away. Easy on and off the highway.

Staff were amazing. Fire Department and waking up to an alarm at 4am not so much. That being said management handled it very well next day as some things are just out of the control of the Hotel when guests are idiots.
