Staff terrible, one smelled of body odor which permeated the lobby, the other smoked and permeated the lobby. The office behind check in looked like a tornado went through it. I only stayed one night and there wasn’t enough toilet paper and not an extra roll in the room anywhere. Pillows were the horrible, I’ve had better in a hospital. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. They nickel and dime you for everything. Charge for non smoking charge for late check out, charge for room switch. Dead bugs on window seat. Front desk person had to call management twice, once when I called prior to arrival and had to call back and again at check in. I’m a pretty reasonable traveler but I will never stay at a Microtel chain again, it was like staying at a pay by the hour hotel. Very disappointing for Wyndham property.

The man at the check in counter was incredibly unfriendly and seemed annoyed that we were checking in. When we got to our room we immediately saw a cockroach around the fridge. We went back to the counter and politely brought this to the attention of the front desk attendant who did not apologize and again had a very poor attitude. We were informed they did not have any of the same rooms, and after asking if they had a different room he reluctantly gave us a new key. The rooms themselves are not very nice but decent enough for a short stay. I brought the cockroach issue to the attention of the new front desk attendant in the morning who again did not apologize and simply said he would have to call the exterminator. Overall very disappointed in the response of the staff and lack of customer service.

Upon arrival I had an issue with my form of id. The clerk then told me not to make him regret checking me in. My room had cobwebs and spiders everywhere. During the length of my stay, I had no toilet paper, tissues were empty, my room was never cleaned any of the days. I had to ask for clean towels. I then had a webinar to attend I had no pen. Went to the front desk and asked for a pen the same rude night clerk told me there were only 2 pens in the hotel and I couldn't use one. Highly disappointed for the amount of the stay. I'm unsure of what type of guests they normally check in, but I didn't even want to go down in the mornings for their breakfast. Left felt insecure and unsafe.
