**Cleaned according to CDC guidelines and protocols so the condo will be extremely safe and sanitized****
- Parking is first come first serve behind the condo. If those spots are full The Old Town Parking Garage is located right next door which has free parking as well from 6pm-8am. https://parking.downtowntc.com/where-to-park/parking-garages/ See link on where the free parking is in the garage.

- Approximately a 1/2 mile to the beaches
- Across the street from the Old Town Play House. 2nd floor condo and not handicap accessible.
- A short walk to everything Downtown TC has to offer.

Great location!

We did a one-week stay and the location was perfect- a quick 8 minute walk to Front Street or 10 min to the marina and splash pad. The condo was in a great, quiet building. The hosts were incredible quick to respond to any questions or requests. We’re planning to book again next summer!

Great getaway spot in Traverse City

Very clean, outfitted well as advertised. Great place to get away for vacation in TC. On-site parking is limited and can be a challenge. Public parking deck is available next door, but can be a bit pricey.

Nice, clean, updated, and in a great location!

The condo was nice, updated, clean, and in a great location in downtown T.C., walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the downtown strip. Parking was competitive in the condo's parking lot, but there was a big parking structure right next door for $20/day or $1.25/hr if you don't manage to snag a spot in the condo building lot.
