Poor Customer Service

The only issue I had was with the front desk. Two people working. One was helping a customer. The second woman didn't even acknowledge I was there. If it was not the second woman's duty to check in customers, should have said, "She will be right with you." The customer then walked away and I went up to the window. The woman wouldn't even look at me. She finally looked up and said she was still helping the person who walked out of the building. I told her she should have at least said, "I'll be right with you." Totally rude. Will not stay there again.

The property and the location are good but the housekeeping was very bad we stayed for one week and they did clean the room but they never change the bed sheets for the whole week that we stayed in and that was an issue??

Best hotel in the area

Clean, comfortable room. The mirror in the bathroom was excellent with lighting all around it. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. And it's nice that they have secure parking.

Extremely clean and very safe! It’s gated!

The hotel is gated, so I felt really safe staying there! The room was clean especially the floor! Quiet. Clean. Very beautiful. There was an actual full breakfast offered from 6am - 10am. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, and am keeping them saved for any future trips I might have that will take me near the same are.

We stayed in the suite and it had roaches in the room. Not enough towels or blankets for a suite that holds 6 people. It was also noisy form washer machines next to our room.
