Air conditioning, heating, wiffi, satellite TV. Fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. 4km from the beach and 1km from the motorway round. 10min from C. C. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two 90cm beds, bathroom (with hydromassage column), kitchen and living room. All in perfect condition and cleanliness guaranteed. Quiet zone.

50m2 cottage, located in a spot surrounded by tropical trees, enclosed, with garden, swimming pool with color lights, barbecue, sun oriented terrace, parking and totally private. In the house there are two bedrooms, one with a big bed and the other one with two small beds (90cm each). Moreover, there is a bathroom with hydroshower, a living room and a kitchen, which has all the necessary equipment, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a washing machine. The house is also equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, heating and TV. It is only 4 km far away from the beach and 1 km from the highway, through which you can get to the shopping center in 10 minutes by car.
