Very charming however I stayed in the renovated rooms. Had a balcony and lovely room. Staff was excellent. I traveled alone and they were so helpful. The only problem was there is no elevator and I stayed on the 4th floor. I am a senior citizen so it was painful walking up and down all of the stairs.

My stay here was exceptional!! The staff was amazing!! Thank you so much Aurora, Michael, Omar, Anthony and everyone else that made my stay so fantastic!! The hotel was immaculate in cleanliness and my room was adorable! The breakfast was delicious and abundant...I only wished I was more hungry! The hotel is perfectly located for everything....the sites and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again and again!!! It is Venice, the hotel has no lift so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of steps and then down one flight of stairs to get to our room. The staff were very accommodating and helpful especially when I was too sick to travel allowing us to stay an extra night so I could make the next leg of our journey.

We choose this hotel for its unbeatable central location, just a short stroll away from the Vaporetto Rialto stop and the stunning Piazza San Marco. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. There is no elevator, packing lite will ensure a hassle-free visit.

Happy to be in Venice Italy!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was really good and convenient to get around. The breakfast was really good but with with a cost. Unfortunately the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Except for the beds I would recommend this hotel.
